Inova Consultancy has organised two seminars for the LLLab project to date: the first in February 2010 and the second in April 2010. During both seminars the LLLAB project's aims were discussed along with how participants could get involved if they were interested in participating in the future.

The first seminar dealt with 'Goal Setting'. The five participants were recent graduates from the university and thinking about starting up in business. During the seminar participants discussed how to set goals and how important it is to have specific, realistic and measurable goals for business success.

The second seminar dealt with the 'Importance of Soft Skills in Business'. Nine women who were interested in starting up their own business attended. During the seminar the concept of soft skills was explained and how they influence today’s business world. Also a series of tools were given to participants in order to develop these skills.
