Avalon, a non profit association, organized a participative diagnose for Cultural NP organizations in order to detect those characteristics and needs of such organizations. With the results, all the participants and Avalon will design a program of five courses on associative management. These courses are financed by the Education and Culture DG, Lifelong Learning Programme funds (UE)
