Inova have carried out three workshops related to the theme of the importance of soft skills and lifelong learning for women who have recently started their own business or are thinking about doing so. Each of these seminars has focussed on the importance of being able to self-reflect, and from there create your learning goals. Several tools have been introduced over the course of the project, including the 'wheel of skills' - an opportunity to look at your balance of skills in a very visual and engaging manner. All participants were interested in the opportunity to find out more about further developing their skills, and said that they would be enrolling on other courses and training sessions in order to continue their development.
